General description
Two parts epoxy system, unfilled, with low viscosity and long gel time. Cold curing.
Application
- Epoxy system for the casting of small parts,
- Solventless varnish for impregnation of glass or polyester fibers,
- Bonding resin,
- Protective varnish,
- Approved in medium and large generators industry
Processing
The gel time and the curing time depend on the mixed volume, the temperature and the thickness of the layer.
Final properties are depending on the curing level.
A too large amount of resin mixed with the hardener may create a strong exothermic reaction with a rapid increase of temperature.
Mixing ratio (resin/hardener):

Storage Conditions
Resin : 12 months in original packaging, at maximum 25°C, protected from moisture. Possible storage at higher temperature for
short period of time. May crystallise below 5°C. In such case, warm up to 60°C until crystals disappear, and stir before use.
Hardener: 12 months in original packaging, at maximum 25°C, protected from moisture. Possible storage at higher temperature for
short period of time.
Packaging
The resin is packed in cans of 1kg and the hardener in pre- dosed cans to avoid any weighting operation.
Resin : 1kg cans, hardener : 0,5 kg cans
