General description
Two parts epoxy system, filled, cold curing.
Application
Epoxy system for the potting of connection boxes for generators end bars. Approved in medium and large generators industry.
Processing
As fillers may settled during the storage, both resin and hardener parts have to be mixed prior to use.
The gel time depends on the mixed volume:
20°C, 125g : gel time is 1h15 minutes;
20°C, 1250g : gel time is 50 minutes
The temperature increase during the curing is also depending on the mixed volume:
125g : 114°C
1250g : 165°C
Following curing cycles are recommanded:
4-6 hours at 20°C (optimum properties acheived after 2-3 days) ; 2-4 hours at 50°C ;
The resin is packed in 1,6kg can and the hardener in pre dosed 0,4kg can to avoid any weighting operation. Mixing may be done in
the resin packing.

Weight: 100 / 25
Volume: 100 / 24
Storage Conditions
Resin : 12 months in original packaging, at maximum 15°C, protected from moisture. Possible storage at higher temperature for
short period of time. A storage above 25°C will increase the settling.May crystallise below 5°C. In such case, warm up to 60°C until
crystals disappear, and stir before use.
Hardener: 12 months in original packaging, at maximum 15°C, protected from moisture. Possible storage at higher temperature for
short period of time. A storage above 25°C will increase the settling.
Packaging
Resin : 1,6kg in 5 liters can,
Hardener : 0,4kg in 1liter can.
