UV101 series products are a kind of UV dual-curing electronic coating, which combines surface UV curing and middle-layer humidity curing. 1. Viscosity change: The three-proof products will have different viscosity changes before and after use. The flow rate will change with the temperature during the test. The higher the temperature, the faster the flow rate. This must be clarified.

4. Inconvenient coating area: some PCB circuit board components are inconvenient for coating, such as connectors, software sockets, switches, radiators, heat dissipation areas, plug-in areas, etc. are not allowed to have coating materials, you can use special Ke Rui TECHSPRAY solder mask products, such as 2222, 2211, 2218 and other products.
5. Temperature and Humidity: All coating operations should be carried out under the conditions that the temperature is not lower than 16°C and the relative humidity is not lower than 75%. As a composite material, the PCB circuit board will absorb moisture. If the moisture is not removed, the UR101 product cannot fully play its due protective effect. Pre-drying and vacuum drying can remove most of the moisture.
6. Coating repair method: If you want to repair the coated device, just touch the soldering iron directly to the coating to remove the component. After installing the new component, clean the area with a brush or solvent. Clean, then dry and recoat with conformal coating.
7. Three-proof products generally contain flammable solvents: high temperature and open fire should be avoided, and sufficient ventilation conditions should be provided to avoid prolonged inhalation of volatile gases and repeated contact with the skin for a long time. The processed PCB circuit board components basically do not cause any harm to the human body.
