Painting requirements
1. Paint thickness: The thickness of the paint film should be controlled within 0.05mm-0.15mm. Dry film thickness 25um-40um.
2. Secondary coating: In order to ensure the thickness of products with high protection requirements, secondary coating can be performed after the paint film is cured.
3. Inspection and repair: Visually inspect whether the coated circuit board meets the quality requirements, and repair the problem. For example, if the pins and other protected areas are stained with three-proof paint, you can use tweezers to clamp a degreased cotton ball or a clean cotton ball dipped in the washing board water to scrub them. When scrubbing, be careful not to wash off the normal paint film.
4. Component replacement: After the paint film is cured, if you want to replace the components, you can do as follows.
1) Solder the components directly with electrochromic iron, and then use a cotton cloth dipped in board water to clean the surrounding material of the pad.
2) Solder alternative components.
3) Use a brush dipped in the three-proof paint to coat the welding part, and let the paint film surface dry and cure.
Operation requirements:
1. The workplace of the three-proof paint is required to be clean and dust-free, and there must be good ventilation measures, and irrelevant personnel are prohibited from entering.
2. Wear masks or gas masks, rubber gloves, chemical protective glasses and other protective equipment during operation to avoid harm to the body.
3. After the work is completed, the used tools should be cleaned in time, and the container with the three-proof paint should be closed and tightly covered.
4. Anti-static measures should be taken for the circuit board, and the circuit board should not be placed overlapping. During the coating process, the circuit board should be placed horizontally.
